Wizardify may offer a 30-day free trial for new users. No subscription charges apply during the active trial period.
Wizardify offers recurring subscription plans, including monthly and yearly billing options.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments based on your selected plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for completed billing periods.
Payments made for subscription plans are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly approved by Wizardify.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for issues such as duplicate charges or billing errors.
Wizardify reserves the right to suspend or limit access to paid features if subscription payments fail, are reversed, or are disputed.
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Wizardify does not store full payment card information on its servers.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
